1.1. Welcome to the “iKudu Solutions” website (hereinafter: the “Website”), operated by iKudu Solutions Ltd., Company ID 516184926 (hereinafter: the “Company”).
1.2. The Website serves as a virtual store (“The IoT Store”) for purchasing hardware components and solutions in the field of the Internet of Things (IoT), and as a platform for contacting the Company for consulting services and projects.
1.3. Use of and purchase on the Website are subject to the terms detailed in these regulations. Please read them carefully. Browsing the Website and/or purchasing products constitutes agreement to these terms.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to update these regulations from time to time, at its sole discretion.
2.1. The Website is intended for sales to Business Customers (B2B) only – companies, authorized dealers, and organizations. Purchasing on the Website constitutes a declaration by the user that they are purchasing the products for business, commercial, or industrial needs, and not for personal, domestic, or family use.
2.2. The provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, shall not apply to purchases made on the Website, except in cases where the law explicitly requires it for B2B transactions.
3.1. The Company makes every effort to present accurate information regarding the products, including technical specifications and images. However, images on the Website are for illustration purposes only, and differences may exist between the image and the actual product.
3.2. The binding technical specification for each product is that which appears in the manufacturer’s official Datasheet. In case of a contradiction, the information in the Datasheet prevails.
3.3. Responsibility for the suitability of the product to the customer’s needs lies solely with the customer. The Company is happy to provide engineering advice (for a fee or as part of a project quote), but will not bear responsibility for the incompatibility of a product purchased independently.
4.1. Availability: Availability status (“In Stock”, “Lead time: X-Y weeks”, “EOL”, etc.) will be explicitly stated on the product page. Delivery times are estimates only and may change due to delays beyond the Company’s control (manufacturer, customs, shipping, etc.).
4.2. Prices: All prices are quoted in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. The Company may update prices at any time without prior notice.
4.3. Minimum Order (MOQ): Certain products may be subject to a Minimum Order Quantity condition. This will be indicated on the product page.
4.4. Delivery: Delivery times are calculated from the moment payment confirmation is received. Shipping costs will be added to the order price.
5.1. Orders can be placed via the secure purchasing system on the Website.
5.2. Payment is made via credit card or bank transfer. The order is considered complete only after approval from the credit card company or receipt of payment in the Company’s bank account.
6.1. The full cancellation and return policy is detailed in the “Refund and Cancellation Policy” document, which constitutes an integral part of these regulations.
7.1. Warranty for products is the Manufacturer’s Warranty, for the period and under the conditions defined by the manufacturer.
7.2. The Company serves as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer for warranty realization but does not provide a warranty itself beyond that.
7.3. The Company’s liability shall not exceed the value of the defective product. The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages caused to the customer or a third party.
7.4. You may contact us to verify the validity of the warranty for a supplied product – some products are sold without warranty.
8.1. All intellectual property rights on the Website, including design, code, content, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of the Company. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

11.1. The laws governing these regulations and the use of the Website are the laws of the State of Israel only. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute is vested in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
